Request InfoB&W Tek LLCNEWARK, Del., Oct. 4, 2010 — B&W Tek Inc. has announced its newest near-infrared spectrometer, the Sol2.2A, with a spectral range from 1100 to 2200 nm. It features a built-in AutoZero function that results in very low noise and a high dynamic range. It is designed with four levels of gain, producing good results for most applications in low-light-level near-infrared detection. The InGaAs array instrument also is equipped with built-in three-stage thermoelectric cooling down to -10 °C, with no external control box, allowing for easy integration via a 5-VDC power supply. It delivers 12-nm FWHM spectral...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 4/2/2024Flow Cell and Reflection StrobeThe ATR Flow Cell and near infrared diffuse reflection probe (shown) from tec5USA Inc. are 3-A certified and can be used for applications including spectroscopic analysis for food, feed, and...Photonics.com 4/21/2023Optical Metrology SoftwareThe Mx 9.1 software from Zygo Corp. integrates acquisition and data analysis for surface topography and wavefront data.
