Laser Components (UK) Ltd.’s range of fiber-coupled high-power laser diodes has been enhanced with the addition of the K41 and CS405 series. At 405 nm, output power from the fiber varies from 20 to 100 mW. Optimum optical and electronic performance is achieved through the unique alignment of the 3- to 60-μm fibers. Besides good coupling efficiency, the fiber connection features long-term stability and optimal beam performance. Customers also can request fiber ends equipped with an FC, ST or SMA optical connector. The devices are suited for use in medical technology, materials processing, biochemical analyses, illumination, printing and scientific applications.
