VRmagic Imaging GmbHMANNHEIM, Germany, Nov. 10, 2010 — For industrial image processing applications, VRmagic is offering a 3-D area sensor based on digital stripe light projection that supplies ready-calculated 3-D data records. The AreaScan3D sensor outputs the recorded 3-D data to the evaluation computer via the industrial Ethernet interface. The data is output directly as a point cloud or a gray-scale-coded range map. The sensor is addressed via a GenICam transport layer (GenTL) and is compatible with all image processing libraries and packages that can already communicate with a GenTL, such as Common Vision Blox and Halcon. ...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 2/1/2024MIPI CameraThe VC MIPI IMX900 from Vision Components GmbH is a camera module with a mobile industry processor interface (MIPI) CSI-2.
