Analytik Jena UK’s Specord Plus, a UV/VIS spectrophotometer, offers enhanced photometric and kinetic measurements. It features a large sample compartment and delivers 1000 data points per second. Sample throughput can be sped up and measurement accuracy for temperature-dependent reactions increased with the use of sippers, flow cells and temperature-controlled cell changers. Software control featuring a host of preloaded measurement methods enables easy use of the instrument. It is suitable for life sciences, medicine, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and beverage, environmental, wastewater, water and textile applications.
