ILX Lightwave Corp. has introduced the LDX-3220 precision current source, a high-performance laboratory instrument. Besides the company's standard protection features, the LDX-3220 offers adjustable compliance voltage and faster output shutoff circuitry. The device provides up to 1-MHz modulation bandwidth and fine/coarse parameter adjustment. Three models are available: The LDX-3220 offers 200/500 mA; the LDX-3240, 2000/4000 mA; and the LDX-3210, 50/100 mA.
