WESSLING, Germany, Feb. 17, 2011 — The LaserBoxx laser diode module from Oxxius is now available in single frequency at 785 nm with output power of up to 100 mW in a circular diffraction-limited beam.

Its unique stabilization technique ensures a <10-MHz linewidth and long-term wavelength stability. The compact driver integrated platform measuring 40 × 40 × 100 mm offers convenient OEM integration and full remote control via USB and RS-232 interfaces. For laboratory use, the LBX-785S comes with a user-friendly controller.

The LBX-785S is a suitable complement to the Slim laser family at 473, 532, 561 and 660 nm for applications such as confocal and high-resolution Raman microscopy, interferometry and gas sensing.
