Jenoptik offers a family of green 532-nm continuous-wave disk lasers to be sold in North America by RPMC Lasers Inc. The D2 series provides high stability with output power from 2 to 8 W and modulation capabilities from 20 to 50 kHz. Drive electronics and fiber coupling options also are available. The lasers’ compact design facilitates integration into ophthalmology, dermatology and endoscopy systems. The JenLas D2 is a frequency-doubled, diode-pumped thin-disk laser with a high beam quality. Providing up to 5 W of CW output power, it features an OEM design and Peltier thermoelectric cooling. The JenLas D2.mini produces 2 W of continuous-wave output at 532 nm and is used in medical engineering applications. It measures 105.7 x 62 x 24 mm.
