Selco Products Co. has added the MT100 Series to its line of
microprocessor-based thermometers. These highly accurate, compact,
battery-operated devices are housed in an aluminum case and feature
splash-proof construction, a backlit liquid crystal display and
self-calibration capability. Resolution is 0.1 °C from 2200 to +200 °C,
operating temperatures range from 210 to +50 °C, and the rechargeable
battery life is ~500 h. Some models employ thermocouple sensors, while
others use resistance sensors.
