ASI, a leader in ultra-precise sub-micron motion control, has developed ultra-stable X-Y stages and imaging platforms for super-resolution microscopy applications. The stages and platform are machined from Invar for temperature-stable performance. Encoder resolutions of 2.5 nm with true optical resolutions of 10 nm at the sample are available.
