The 8000 series board-level digital delay pulse generators from Quantum Composers offer cutting-edge solutions to generate and synchronize multiple pulses in an easy-to-integrate package.

They provide a cost-effective method to create and synchronize multiple sequences, delayed triggering or any precisely timed series of events. The 8510 and 8530 series devices offer 1-ns and 250-ps timing resolution, respectively, 5-ps jitter, and up to two, four or eight fully independently controlled channels.

The 8510 series features advanced programming modes, including multiplexing, channel referencing, duty cycle, burst and wait. The 8530 series is suitable for laser system timing applications because it can directly phase-lock to an external time base up to 100 MHz in frequency and down to 20 mV in amplitude. This allows synching directly to a laser photodiode signal and provides complete system timing relative to the laser timing with low jitter. All units offer an optional computer interface for ease of programming, and complimentary National Instruments-certified LabView drivers are available. Full integration support is offered.
