DUDERSTADT, Germany, Oct. 20, 2011 — Cinogy Technologies GmbH’s CinCam CMOS is a laser beam profiling system that features an ultracompact 1.3-megapixel CMOS sensor and Ray-Ci beam profiling software. It provides accurate and fast laser beam analysis of continuous-wave and pulsed laser systems, with sensitivity from 350 to 1100 nm.
The Ray-Ci software offers ISO standards and complex analysis, such as M2 measurements.
The CMOS-1201 model has a ½-in. sensor with an active area of 6.7 × 5.3 mm and a pixel size of 5.2 × 5.2 μm. The filter-mount camera outputs 8- or 10-bit pixel depth and has a dynamic range of >61 dB. Exposure time is from 100 μs to 1 s. It includes a USB 2.0 interface and a rolling shutter.
The CMOS-1202 version has a 1/1.8-in. sensor and an active area of 6.8 × 5.4 mm. Pixel size is 5.3 × 5.3 μm, dynamic range is >62 dB, and exposure time is from 50 μs to 1 s. It features a global shutter and a USB 2.0 interface.
Both models operate at a frame rate of up to 25 Hz.
