Request InfoBaumer Ltd.For fast and efficient automated optical inspection of solar wafers, Baumer Ltd. USA has introduced its HXC20NIR and HXC40NIR CMOS cameras, which measure electroluminescence and deliver high sensitivity in the near-infrared spectrum. The company says that the cameras are twice as sensitive as monochrome technology at 900 nm, using electroluminescence to effectively detect fractures and failures in the crystal structure of the solar wafer. The images produced yield information on the effectiveness and structural integrity of each wafer prior to the next processing step. The HXC40NIR model...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSBioPhotonics Nov/Dec 2022 IssueBeam Profiling CameraThe Ophir SP504S Beam Profiling Camera from MKS Instruments Inc. measures large and divergent beams by accurately capturing and analyzing wavelengths from 340 to 1100 nm for beam sizes from 45...Photonics Spectra April 2024 IssueBeam Propagation AnalyzerThe Ophir® BeamSquared® SP204S M2 from MKS Instruments is a portable beam propagation analyzer that measures CW and pulsed lasers with Rayleigh length up to 20 meters in less than one minute....Photonics.com 10/5/2022Optical Testing ProjectorThe Meridian® Sol-55 projector from Optikos Corp. provides illumination through a high-intensity white LED, which can be remotely controlled for high dynamic range measurements in automotive...Photonics.com 6/22/2023Handheld Thermal CameraThe FLIR E8 Pro from Teledyne FLIR is an upgraded handheld thermal camera for thermography inspections.
