The S7141 photo IC and L7140 red LED have outputs of 10 VDC and power from 0.5 to +7 VDC, an operating temperature range of -0 to +60 °C, and a data transfer speed of DC to 50 Mb/s. The S7141 has an output rise and fall time of less than 7 ns and a receiving level that ranges from -17.5 to 5 dBm.
