Microstar Laboratories Inc. has launched a data acquisition processor board for the PCI bus. The iDSC 1816 is a high-performance, eight-channel, 16-bit-resolution board for PC-based systems that require antialiasing filters. The board can acquire data at up to 153,600 samples per second per channel, and it filters signals for all forms of spectral analysis. The device is compatible with Windows NT, 98 or 95.
