The optical wedge features Cartesian adjustments and sensitivities as fine as 0.1 arc sec of beam deviation per degree of rotation of the actuator. Uncoated, it transmits more than 90% of the beam and, using antireflection coatings, can transmit more than 98%. The G1002 has a maximum angular deviation of the transmitted beam of >2°.
