Prior Scientific Inc.'s PriorCam charge-coupled device camera features an 8-mm C-mount lens, an adjustable aperture, 400 TV lines of resolution and 291,000 pixels. The camera comes with a metal eyepiece adapter, 28- and 34-mm couplers, an 8-ft extension cable and 12-VDC power supply. The PriorCam can be mounted to the eyepiece or trinocular port of a microscope or other optical system for delivering images to a monitor.
