Basler’s Sprint series now offers monochrome and color line-scan cameras with 50 kHz at 2k and 4k resolution for applications including video surveillance, medical devices and traffic systems.
Changes to the series include color enhancements through a six-axis operator and speeds up to 140 kHz through two-line CMOS sensor technology. The cameras with 10-µm pixels perform in low-light applications and are given preference where high speeds are necessary.
The new models provide quality imaging at moderate speeds and are available by request for optimal results in low-light situations. All versions offer the new firmware, version 1.17, which delivers enhanced colors.
