MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Canada, Dec. 30, 2013 — Lumen Dynamics has added four high-power, air-cooled models to its OmniCure AC series of UV LED curing systems. They are suitable for applications such as fiber coating, compact camera module assembly, film lamination, hearing aid assembly and lens bonding; and for medical devices such as catheters, endoscopes and insulin pens.

Now available in 365- and 395-nm wavelengths, the new AC4 and AC7 series models offer manufacturers high throughput and low-temperature curing of adhesives and coatings. The systems offer a range of irradiance levels, cure areas and wavelengths.
