Plano-convex Lenses and Optical Mirrors

IRVINE, Calif., July 10, 2014 — N-BK7 plano-convex lenses and 2-in. optical mirrors have been added to the ValuMax line from Newport Corp., which covers UV, visible and IR wavelengths.

The lenses are offered uncoated or with a broadband MgF2 coating for visible wavelengths and come with standard diameters from 6.35 to 25.4 mm. The mirrors range from 250 nm to 20 µm.

The mirrors are used for prototype development, proof-of-concept or educational applications. The lenses are designed for standard laboratory applications like simple imaging, beam manipulation and laser beam routing.
