Request InfoApplied Scientific Instrumentation Inc.ASI has developed a new form of light sheet microscopy with its collaborators. The system utilizes two water immersion objectives mounted at 45° angles above the sample on an inverted microscope. A third objective also can be used to view the sample from below. The top objectives are mounted on piezo positioning devices so precise image stacks can be obtained.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPromoted Content June 2023 IssueNanopositioning for High-Res MicroscopyPI's new Fast Focus Stages and Multi-Axis Piezo Flexure Scanners for Microscopy are designed to improve the performance of high-resolution microscopy.
