WESTBURY, N.Y., Sept. 3, 2014 — The CC-80 and CC-81 UV viewing systems from Spectroline enable fluorescence analysis of research findings.

The CC-81 is equipped with a high-intensity longwave/shortwave UV lamp. The devices are suited for use in chromatography, electrophoresis, genetic research, photoresist coating inspection and forensic science.

Researchers can design their own fluorescence analysis systems by choosing from a range of UV lamps available in 254-, 312- and 365-nm wavelengths. For higher UV intensity and greater fluorescent contrast, users can select from 29 UV transilluminators. A removable bottom panel allows either unit to be placed directly over the transilluminator.
