MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 3, 2014 — The new MLG-2 automation light grid by Sick Inc. is able to detect and measure transparent, small and fast-moving objects.
It features beam spacing of 5 mm, and allows measurement, location tracking and hole tracking on transparent materials. It is available in two variants — one features two analog outputs, three switching outputs and optical synchronization; the other features transparent, high-speed and high-resolution modes, as well as wired synchronization.
