Request InfoSphereOptics GmbHSphereOptics has introduced a multi-exposure high dynamic range (HDR) feature for its I- and Y-Series ProMetric imaging photometers. The HDR mode increases the dynamic range of the ProMetric camera up to 1,000,000:1. The newly developed algorithm achieves this range extension by combining separate images with different exposure times. This method increases the gray scale range of the image while lowering the noise level. The accuracy of the measured luminance has an error of ±3 percent for luminance and x-y color coordinates of ±0,003. The multi-exposure HDR feature...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPromoted Content August 2023 IssueTriton HDR Camera with Adaptive Tone MappingThe Triton HDR TDR054S utilizes the Sony IMX490 (BSI) back-illuminated stacked CMOS sensor, allowing for simultaneous 120 dB HDR imaging and LED flicker mitigation thanks to its subpixel technology....Photonics.com 3/19/2024Laser Profiling CMOS SensorThe 2K LSA from Teledyne e2v is a CMOS image sensor that has been adapted for laser profiling applications requiring the use of a large Scheimpflug angle.
