WEST HILLS, Calif. — Based on InP laser chips, new temperature-hardened transceivers from Source Photonics Inc. are designed for antenna front-haul in wireless infrastructure deployments.

The new 90C 10G LR-Lite modules will operate up to 90 °C, which facilitates deployment of more compact and efficient remote radio units (RRUs), enabling higher density and more efficient use of infrastructure and tower investment.
