PHOENIX, July 10, 2015 — On Semiconductor AR0136ATOn Semiconductor Corp. has announced the AR0136AT CMOS digital image sensor, incorporating the company's first backside illuminated (BSI) sensor technology for the automotive imaging market.

With a resolution of 1280 × 960 and 3.75-μm BSI pixels, the AR0136AT supports linear and high-dynamic-range modes in a single-chip solution. A maximum output pixel rate of 74.25 MP/s results in a frame rate of 45 fps at 960p and 60 fps at 720p.
