The 13-mm2 device was designed for detection between 193 and 400 nm and features responsivity of 254 nm. Minimum responsivity is 0.105 A/W. Extremely stable, the photodiode exhibits less than a 2 percent drop in responsivity after exposure to several megajoules per square centimeter of 254-nm light.
