Request Infopiezosystem jena GmbHJENA, Germany, Nov. 16, 2015 — Piezosystem Jena GmbH has extended its MIPOS objective positioner series with two new products, MIPOS 140 and MIPOS 250 SG. The MIPOS 140 keeps a constant optical axis, with the optical system's position remaining unchanged after installation with the desired adjusted focal point position. Precision positioning accuracy is offered for lenses with weights of up to 500 g. With an open-loop travel range of 100 μm and closed-loop range of 140 μm, the device reaches a resolution in the submicron range. Applications include wafer inspection machines and optical benches. The MIPOS...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPromoted Content March 2024 IssueRaman MicroscopeThe alpha300 Semiconductor Edition from WITec is a Raman microscope configured especially for semiconductor research and development.
