Flir Systems Inc. has announced the C2 Education Kit, including a C2 thermal imaging camera, tripod mount, ResearchIR software and access to Flir educational content.
The C2 is a full-featured, pocket-sized thermal camera that produces thermal images of 80 × 60 pixels. Images can be stored and recalled for later analysis. A high-clarity 3-in. touch screen with auto-orientation allows intuitive, fast access to all camera functions.
A visible-light camera is also incorporated. Multispectral dynamic imaging allows students to overlay thermal and visual images for greater understanding.
