LINCOLN, Neb. — The Pearl Trilogy from Li-Cor Biosciences expands in vivo imaging capabilities with the addition of a bioluminescent detection channel.

The system delivers multitarget imaging options, one-button acquisition and intuitive analysis software for laboratories.

FieldBrite X12 technology is used for sensitive two-color near-infrared (NIR) fluorescence in small-animal imaging without saturation concerns. Validated NIR fluorescent probes target tumors, bone and lympathics, as well as other in vivo applications.
