Caliber Imaging & Diagnostics Inc. has announced the RS-G4 confocal microscope for scientific research.
The device has a flexible arm and reduced footprint with fast image acquisition times. Seam-carving technology employs a pixel algorithm to calculate optimal match of adjacent frame-and-stick large mosaic images. An experimental mode in the software suite allows the customization of acquisition parameters, utilizing all available scope controls including time, wavelength, XY position, Z stack and multipoint.
Applications include use in neuroscience, developmental biology, pathology and translational research.
