WALTHAM, Mass. — Excelitas Technologies Corp. has announced the OmniCure AC9 UV LED Curing System for inks, adhesives and coatings.

The AC9150, AC9150P, AC9225, AC9225P, AC9300 and AC9300P systems are small form factor, air-cooled technologies that enable faster line speeds in industrial manufacturing and printing. They have advanced front-end optics to provide high power, peak irradiance and uniformity. Over 14 W/cm2 of peak irradiance is delivered for fast curing at varying working distances.

All AC9-P versions are equipped with a replaceable outer window for easy maintenance in printing applications at close working distances.
