MONTVALE, N.J. — Pentax Medical Corp. has launched the OPTIVISTA EPK-i7010 Video Processor for digital and optical-based electronic chromoendoscopy. New technologies include i-SCAN image processing software and OE Optical Enhancement spectral light filters, which broaden clinical applications for detection, identification and confirmation during endoscopy.

Physicians can switch in real time between HD+ white light, two OE modes, and three i-SCAN modes to view multiple aspects of tissue structure. The OPTIVISTA can work together with the latest i10 HD+ endoscopes series, MagniView, or optical zoom endoscopes to deliver advanced visualization to support physician requirements for the detection and treatment of GI disease.
