HOD HASHARON, Israel, August 1, 2016 — Helicopter CameraControp Precision Technologies Ltd. has announced the SHAPO-HD high-definition electro-optical/IR camera payload for helicopters.

The 24-lb, 9.4-in. payload includes a high-resolution thermal camera with a 15× continuous zoom lens, a high-definition color continuous-zoom day camera with low-light mode and a laser range finder as options.

Ideal for day or night surveillance applications, the camera is particularly suited for use on small helicopters.
