Discovery Semiconductors Inc.EWING, N.J., Aug. 4, 2016 — Discovery Semiconductor Inc. has announced 50-mA current handling, extended InGaAs photodiodes for applications at 1.2- to 2.2-μm wavelengths. The photodiode is available in multiple formats, including K or SMA coax fiber optic modules, surface mount fiber optic modules and convenient, bench top modules. The devices are offered with multimode fiber options up to a core size of 100 μm.
