EDINBURGH, Scotland — Photoluminescence SpectrometerThe FLS1000 Photoluminescence Spectrometer from Edinburgh Instruments Ltd. is a complete luminescence laboratory in one instrument.

The system features high sensitivity and can be configured for spectral measurements from the UV to mid-IR spectral range as well as lifetime measurements spanning time resolutions over 12 orders of magnitude from picoseconds to seconds. The instrument’s ultimate sensitivity is >30,000:1 for the standard water Raman measurement. Redesigned monochromators provide high stray light rejection, high accuracy and resolution and increased automation.

The FLS1000 comes with new proprietary electronics modules and the all-in-one software suite Fluoracle. Applications include photophysics, photochemistry, material sciences and the life sciences.
