The mvBlueGEMINI 1.4 smart camera from Matrix Vision GmbH allows users without programming expertise and developers without knowledge of image processing to implement complete visual inspection tasks quickly and cost-efficiently.
The intuitive and simple operating concept of the mvIMPACT-CS software uses wizards to guide the user efficiently through the inspection setup, thus guaranteeing uncomplicated, rapid access to industrial image processing.
The camera setup tool now includes the option to carry out camera calibrations. The find object tool allows several objects to be found within the same image, regardless of the position or rotation. The read text tool has been enhanced to include the two additional supported fonts of universal and dot print. The measure object tool has also been optimized so that imperfect circles can be detected.
