NESS ZIONA, Israel — Holo/Or Diffractive Optical Element TunerThe DOE Tuner from Holo/Or Ltd. is a variable 0.8 to 1.2× zoom module that can be used to fine-tune the beam, before or after the diffractive optical element.

To facilitate the integration of diffractive optical element products, the device allows fine-tuning of the beam diameter at input to the diffractive optical element in various micromachining applications. The DOE tuner is a compact, 15-cm module with standard C-mount adapters, making an easy fit to integrate into existing systems. It can support up to 7-mm input beams at maximum magnification and is currently offered as a standard item for 355- , 532- and 1064-nm wavelengths. It can also be easily customized to fit other wavelengths.

Possible uses include adjusting input beam diameter or adjusting the shape size for top hat beam shapers, changing the separation between spot in beam splitters and tuning spot sizes at the focal plane.
