Request InfoVincotech GmbHUNTERHACHING, Germany, Feb. 1, 2018 — The flowNPC 2 from Vincotech GmbH is a neutral-point-clamped (NPC) power module featuring insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) technology for three-phase solar, uninterruptible power and energy saver system applications. Rated for 650 V at 200 A and 300 A, the modules are able to deliver switching frequencies up to 50 kHz even without silicon carbide technology. When silicon components are used, the best performance starts above 8 to 10 kHz. As cost comparisons show, the NPC modules offer 10 percent savings over mixed voltage modules rated for the same current. The flowNPC 2...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Spectra September 2023 IssueLaser Processing SystemThe Fast Component Welding (FCW) laser processing system from Scansonic MI GmbH combines multiple scanner units, allowing for simultaneous processing of multiple components or the processing of...Photonics.com 2/13/2023Handheld Laser ScannerThe ZEISS T-SCAN hawk 2 handheld 3D laser scanner from Zeiss is a portable, reliable tool to capture data with metrology-grade precision in quality control or reverse engineering, maintenance,...Photonics Spectra March 2023 IssueOptical Cesium ClockThe OSA 3350 SePRC™ optical cesium clock from Adva Optical Networking SE delivers extensive timing holdover with high-performance stability and lifetime.
