VAN NUYS, Calif., Feb. 13, 2018 — Single-Axis Positioning StagesOptimal Engineering Systems Inc. (OES) offers the high-precision AQ110 Series of low-cost, low-profile motorized single-axis positioning stages.

The compact four cross roller linear stages have travel lengths of 15, 30, 50 and 75 mm. Open loop repeatability of all stages is 0.5 µ using a 10-µ steps-per-step step motor driver or just 0.25 µ using a 20-µ steps-per-step step motor driver. Precision ground lead screws with just 2 µ of backlash and high-precision cross roller linear travel guides assures repeatability of 5 µ and positional accuracy of 10 µ.

The AQ110-15 is 65 × 65 mm with a load of 10 kg; The AQ110-30 is 90 × 90 mm with a load of 15 kg; The AQ110-50 is 90 × 110 mm with a load of 15 kg; and the AQ110-75 is 90 × 110 mm with a load of 20 kg.
