Off-axis laser beam expanders offered by Optical Surfaces Ltd. have focus and collimation interferometrically set in the factory so that the technician need adjust only the direction of the device. Standard models feature exit apertures of 100, 150 and 200 mm with 5, 10, 15 and 20x magnification systems. With better than λ/10 surface accuracy, the off-axis mirror design produces λ/5 wavefront distortion and no central obscuration. Both horizontal and vertical beam displacements can be selected.
