A near-infrared spectrograph from Control Development Inc. uses a 256-element thermoelectrically cooled InGaAs array with spectral response to 2.6 µm. It features f/3 optics, fiber optic input and permanent wavelength calibration. The device, which the company says has low stray light and high-speed data acquisition, includes Windows-based application software. Probes, light sources and other accessories also are available.
