Measuring 100 x 50 x 36 mm and weighing 250 g, it features a Sony 1/3-in. progressive-scan sensor that provides pixel resolution of 640 x 480 and a digital signal processor from Analog Devices Inc. that is 20% faster than earlier models. The camera has 8 MB of SDRAM and 2 MB of nonvolatile flash EPROM.
