Aremco-Bond 2310 from Aremco Products Inc. is a high-strength, ceramic-filled flexible epoxy system for applications requiring high-lap-shear and -peel strengths. It features a lap-shear strength to aluminum of 4560 psi and T-peel strength of 24 pli. The system offers impact and vibration resistance, low-temperature flexibility and good electrical, mechanical and thermal properties. Curing occurs at room temperature in 24 to 48 h or in 2 h at 150 °F. The cured adhesive exhibits a shore-D hardness of 78, chemical resistance and a service temperature resistance of 325 °F.
