Request InfoPI (Physik Instrumente) LP, Motion Control, Air Bearings, Piezo MechanicsPI (Physik Instrumente) has announced the P-611 NanoCube, a multiaxis piezo-nanopositioning unit that measures 44 mm3. Designed for applications such as photonic packaging and fiber alignment, the system features a 100-µm3 X-Y-Z positioning and scanning range. With a zero stiction/friction guiding system, the instrument provides motion with 1-nm resolution and settling time of a few milliseconds. Both open- and closed-loop versions are available. NanoCubes also have precision trajectory control and can be combined with other PI micropositioning systems.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSBioPhotonics Mar/Apr 2023 IssueCryogenic NanopositionerThe Rook™ cryogenic nanopositioner from Montana Instruments Corp. provides bi-directional, three-axis performance, giving users the flexibility needed to optimize sample motion.
