THREE-CCD COLOR CAMERA
CANON MEDICAL COMPONENTS U.S.A., Video Sensing DevicesRequest Info
A three-CCD camera has been introduced by Toshiba America Information Systems Inc. for machine vision and color imaging. The IK-TF1 measures 1.7 x 1.7 x 3.1 in. and weighs 5.47 oz, allowing installment in small spaces. The camera features 570 lines of resolution, a C-mount for use with a variety of lenses and 64-dB signal-to-noise ratio. The company says that the co-site sampling arrangement of the three 1/3-in., 410,000-pixel CCDs results in the accurate, computer-ready color images with 10-lx sensitivity and reduced smear. The IK-TF1 has advanced functions such as a nine-step electronic shutter system for high-speed applications. It also offers automatic and manual white balance, one- or two-pulse random triggers and an RS-232 serial interface for PC control.
