The TillvisTrack system, developed by T.I.L.L. Photonics GmbH, offers imaging and quantitative time-space analysis of multidimensional data on cellular processes. The imaging module, with an acquisition speed of up to 30 fps at a 30-ms exposure time, uses the Polychrome IV monochromator excitation light source with high luminous flux, stability and 3-ms switching time. An overlapping exposure mode allows nearly gap-free acquisition of multicolor image sequences. The analysis module combines particle detection with fuzzy-logic-based object tracking, quantitative evaluation and 3-D visualization of the trajectories.
