The detectors are available with active areas of 0.2, 0.5 and 1.0 mm and are supplied in a hermetically sealed TO-46 package that interfaces to standard fiber connectors. Each device is supplied with a flat, domed or microball window cap. The company also produces packages with custom fiber connectors.
