Photonics Spectra
May 2001
Advanced Research Instruments Corp.Request Info

Advanced Research Instruments Corp. has released two transimpedance/voltage amplifiers, both with 50 (omega) input/output impedance, for fast photodetector applications. The DC-100 model delivers a 100-MHz bandwidth, 1-mW peak-to-peak full-bandwidth output noise and 60-dB gain. In the voltage amplifier mode, the unit produces 20-dB gain. The DC-10 offers 80-dB gain, or 40 dB in the voltage mode, at 10-MHz bandwidth, and 5-mV peak-to-peak output noise or 500-nA peak-to-peak input equivalent current noise.
