BinOptics offers high power and highly reliable Fabry-Perot lasers using its proprietary etched facet technology. The ridge waveguide lasers emit up to 20 mW of CW optical power at temperatures up to 100 C and have been qualified for space applications. The optional integrated MPD provides excellent tracking ratio and faciliates low-cost packaging.
