SemiNex offers 5-W CW optical power in a single-emitter fiber-coupled package. Small four-pin package (shown) and HHL versions offer back facet monitor and 105-μm 0.22-NA optical fiber standard. Standard wavelengths include 1450 nm, 1470 nm, 1532 nm and 1550 nm. Custom wavelengths possible between 1300 and 1700 nm. High slope efficiency of 50% W/A lowers typical electrical and cooling system requirements.
